Crystal Sound Baths are a form of meditation that utilizes ambient sounds intricately woven together soothing in nature, that shifts brain waves from active to a deep state of peaceful relaxation in mind and body. These offerings are complimentary with a $10.00 suggested donation that goes to either children or animals in need.

CACAO CEREMONY | JANUARY 26, 2025 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
A cacao ceremony is an ancient indigenous ritual based around the consumption of cacao, a plant-based extract made from the seeds of the cacao tree. Cacao has long been regarded for both its nutritional and spiritual significance. It is also mood-enhancing and can promote feelings of well-being and happiness. The cacoa ceremony will include breath work, meditation and cacoa consumption followed by a healing sound bath.
