Join Brenda for a spectacular adventure in the Sacred Island of Crete, Greece! As the largest island of Greece, Crete is a treasure trove of magical experiences waiting to be revealed. We will immerse ourselves in the rich, ancient Minoan culture while enjoying a tapestry of rugged mythological landscapes and some of the best beaches in the world!  Immerse yourself in the energy of this Ancient Greek territory, while also learning techniques to cultivate a deep inner sanctum of well-being, peace and harmony.

Itinerary

  • Retreat begins at check-in at the stunning Imperium Luxury Villas, in Chania, Crete. Enjoy a delicious welcome dinner by a professional chef followed by a welcome ceremony with Brenda including meditation, yoga nidra and crystal sound bath.

  • Begin your day with yoga overlooking the Mediterranean sea and brunch at the villa. This day is dedicated to immersing yourself in the exquisite natural surroundings of Crete, brimming with healing properties. Allow yourself time to relax by the pool, dip your toes into the nearby sandy beaches, explore the town of Chania or receive a luxurious massage at the villa. An afternoon immersion with Brenda will be followed by dinner in Chania and the day will conclude with sunset views, mediation and crystal sound bath.

  • Led by a professional tour guide, we will embark on an excursion to the sacred site of Knossos - a testament to ancient Minoan civilization. As we wander into its reconstructed palace complex, we delve deep into myths of King Minos and the intricate labyrinth crafted by Daedalus. After the tour, we will visit the modern Heraklion, for shopping, lunch on your own, and swimming. The day will conclude with dinner at the villa, and sunset views with mediation and crystal sound bath.

  • A short drive to Falassarna Beach gives us the gift of enjoying crystal turquoise and greenish waters and white sand beaches. Known for its tranquil and magical atmosphere, Falassarna Beach is also a protected nature reserve that's home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. In the afternoon Brenda will lead an immersion that takes us deeper into awakening the True You to live from this deep place of wisdom, love, and infinite universal energy within Tools are provided to navigate external challenges with ease.

  • We will enjoy a full day on the Sea. A classic catamaran cruise will sail to the Lagoon of Balos - arguably one of the best beaches in the world! Next, we will sail across to the island of Gramvousa where we can hike up to the famous castle of Gramvousa, built by Venetians in 1579. The day will conclude with dinner at the villa, mediation and crystal sound bath.

  • Led by a professional guide, we will experience an incredible hike through Samaria Gorge. Believed to be one of the most scenic national parks in Europe, this natural wonder stretches 10 miles and offers glimpses of endemic species, ancient forests, and rustic villages. The trail culminates at the Libyan Sea, rewarding hikers with a refreshing dip in the ocean. We will end our day with a relaxing evening at the villa.

  • Our final day is a time for reflection and gratitude for our profound Greek experience. There will be ample time to swim, jacuzzi, sauna, book massages at the villa, go shopping in Chania or walk to a nearby beach. Brenda will lead an afternoon immersion followed by a farewell dinner and a closing session. We will leave this retreat with the knowing and empowerment that living from the Soulful Self is not only possible but inevitable when we tap into the existing presence within.

  • This transformative experience will come to a close with breakfast at the villa and a final yoga session.

Accommodations

This week-long fully inclusive journey takes place at the blissful Imperium Luxury Villas in Chania. The villas provide an intimate setting of private modern luxury boasting with the highest quality and sophistication in every detail. There are two villas, each equipped with their own swimming pool; jacuzzi; sauna; indoor gym; indoor and outdoor living areas; and fully equipped kitchen. Enchanting sunsets and panoramic sea views from the outdoor spaces of each villa promises unforgettable lifetime memories.

Guests will have the option to choose a private room with private bathroom; shared room with private bathroom; or a private room with a shared bathroom. Accommodations are subject to availability and assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Payment & Logistics

Reservation: A nonrefundable, non-transferable $750 per person deposit and completed registration form is due at time of booking to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than March 1, 2025.

Pricing includes: Luxury accommodations; professional chef for breakfast and dinner; 3 guided excursions; transfers to all planned locations; daily yoga, meditation and sound bath; and transformational immersion sessions with Brenda.

Pricing does not include: International round-trip airfare to Chania Airport in Crete, Greece; airport transfers to and from the villa; snacks; lunch; gratuities; alcoholic beverages; and spa services.

Refund: The $750 per person reservation fee is nonrefundable at time of booking. The remaining retreat balance is due in full no later than March 1, 2025. Cancellations made after March 1, 2025 are completely nonrefundable. I am Inlight highly suggests participants purchase travel insurance incase of emergency and/or retreat cancellation.
